1. Repair Services – No Refunds
All repair services are final once completed. Due to the nature of repair work, no refunds are issued for labor, diagnostics, or completed repairs.
2. Warranty Coverage
We offer a 30-day limited warranty on replaced parts only, starting from the date of repair.
The warranty covers:

Manufacturer defects in the replaced part

Failure of the replaced part under normal use
The warranty does not cover:

Physical or impact damage

Liquid or moisture damage

Software issues or updates
-
User misuse or negligence

Issues unrelated to the original repair

Devices with prior third-party repairs or pre-existing damage
3. Liquid-Damaged Devices
Devices with liquid or moisture damage are repaired at the customer’s risk and may not be covered by any warranty unless explicitly stated in writing.
4. Parts Policy
Parts used may be OEM, OEM-equivalent, refurbished, or aftermarket, depending on the customer’s selected option and price paid. Cosmetic differences may occur with non-OEM parts and are not considered defects.
5. Returns & Exchanges

Replaced parts may only be exchanged if found defective within the 30-day warranty period and must be inspected by our technicians.

Accessories, special-order parts, prepaid services, and customer-supplied parts are non-returnable and non-refundable.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted on devices showing signs of new damage or tampering.
6. Diagnostic & Shipping Fees

Diagnostic fees, labor charges, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Mail-in customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including warranty returns.
7. Declined or Canceled Repairs
If a repair is declined after work has begun, the customer remains responsible for diagnostic and labor fees incurred.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mobile-Phone-Repair.com is not responsible for data loss, loss of use, or indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the repair service.
9. Customer Agreement
By authorizing a repair, signing a work order, or making payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Returns Policy.
